Requirements + Expectations:
Commercial Roofing Sales Representative Functions
- Marketing and developing commercial relationships
- Responsible for growth of commercial clients
- Able to carry and scale a ladder at various heights to perform site inspections
- Estimating, proposing, and selling complete roof installations
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Commercial project management
- Working within a team structure
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Single ply/ Metal commercial roofing experience/commercial
sales experience - Excellent Sales presentation skills
- Excellent people skills
- Experience reading blueprints and/or drawings
- Experience with Submittals & Close-out documents
- Clean Driving record
- Dependable, strong work-ethic
